Growth Operations and Strategy Senior Lead, Inside Sales

The Growth Operations Team is looking for a high-performing lead to support the Global Inside Sales (Sales Development)  team and make significant contributions to our mission. All Growth Operations team members work closely with Product, Data Science, Sales, and Community on fast moving, high-stakes problems.

The Growth Ops Inside Sales Lead will be directly responsible for delivering data-driven insights about the business,  finding opportunities to scale our impact, and influencing decisions within the Inside Sales organization. This person will also be tasked with driving adherence to business systems and processes.

The Growth Ops Inside Sales Lead will be part of the team responsible for designing and implementing the commercial and sales strategy for WeWork Inside Sales team. This will involve liaising with the Inside Sales team as well as other cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis.

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Global senior leaders of the Inside Sales team to help formulate their key priorities

  • Working with the rest of the global Inside Sales Growth Ops team to scale best practices

  • Developing reports and dashboards via BI Platforms (eg Looker, Tableau and Salesforce)

  • Tracking, reporting and reviewing performance against KPIs to derive actionable insights that drive the business forward

  • Diagnosing gaps in performance and providing actionable solutions to address them

  • Helping drive adoption and adherence to CRM best practices

  • Designing and implementing projects that drive long-term growth


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Degrees or similar fields

  • 3+ years of experience (full time) using data to facilitate business decisions; High growth, technology, strategy consulting, business intelligence, investment banking/private equity background is a plus

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (excellent Excel skills required, SQL is a plus) and knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms

  • Comfort with statistical concepts.

  • Ability to facilitate experimentation and conduct scenario analysis.
