The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overall support, maintenance, and functioning of our growth strategy and sales enablement systems such as Salesforce. Our internal referral portal systems, etc. He / She will be our go-to problem solver and will help the VP / Sr. Directors of the Growth Partnerships team deliver exceptional results.

As a key member of the Growth Partnerships team, the Sales Operations Manager will also promote adoption of business strategies through team support while working and communicating cross functionally to align with various departments. The ability to present data-driven narratives and to influence leadership is very important in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee operations and support of the Affiliate and Partner Referral Programs (globally)

  • Project Management: Optimization of Channels, data aggregations, and ad hoc special projects 

  • Training and Alignment: Teach and support teams in business operation processes 

(i.e Inside Sales, Business Development Managers, Partner Operations) 

  • Partnering with: Marketing operations, Salesforce teams, Legal, Inside Sales and others to ensure seamless processes and collaborations.

  • Engage in reporting and analysis project planning and execution 

  • Assist with hiring and onboarding of all future team members

  • Assist with budget management, team expenses, and offsite planning 

  • Participate in special projects as required

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years relevant experience operating or consulting with SaaS sales organizations

  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal skills, and organisational skills.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration orientation

  • Analytical and process orientated mindset

  • Strong SFDC experience and ability to create valuable reporting and insight through SFDC

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets ( Looker and Tableau preferred)

  • Able to handle numerous projects at one time.

  • Proven track record of managing complex programs within an organisation

  • Comfortable working in a culture of constant change.

  • Self-starter, requiring a minimum of direction for completing assignments

  • Willingness to problem-solve and hustle to find solutions (even if unconventional),positivity and possess a “can-do” attitude.
