As our first Desktop Support Technician you will be responsible for all needs of our hyper growth 50 person startup, including but not limited to: deploying equipment for new employees, on boarding, asset management, as well as research systemic issues as they arise and find solutions to implement.
What you’ll be doing:
Utilize technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to solve end-user hardware and software issues and act as the primary contact for all end-user support
Utilizing MDM tools
Contribute to development of our in-unit technology platform using OTS components
Respond to the daily queue of requests in a timely and efficient manner
Deploying equipment and assist in on boarding for all new employees
Manage, update and maintain records in the asset management tool
Administer accounts and services across our various in-house and 3rd party software tools
Provide basic end user training for hardware and software
Research systemic issues as they arise and find solutions to implement
We’re looking for someone with:
2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
Experience in start-ups with fast paced environments and rapid growth
Knowledge and experience supporting, troubleshooting and configuring Mac laptops
Provide world class end user support for our employees
