Influencer Relations Manager

Wish is looking for an Influencer Relations Manager to build and run the Wish influencer engagement program. This person must have experience identifying and engaging influencers, managing influencer outreach programs, and creating relevant, brand worthy content amongst integrated national campaigns.

You will manage highly visible blogger/influencer/ambassador campaigns and related events, as well as develop relationships with established and emerging influencers across social and digital platforms.

This dynamic person will have experience strategizing innovative ways to leverage influencers to achieve client goals and will have the ability to constantly evolve the way we work in the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key influencers across multiple digital platforms
  • Help influencers in curating and managing content ideas that will express key brand messaging points relevant to Wish’s target audience
  • Build and manage sales for influencers to reach KPIs and maximize ROI
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (social, marketing, and creative) to plan for product launches, marketing initiatives, and advertising campaigns 
  • Provide summary reports to highlight successes, learnings and areas of improvement of past influencer campaigns

Who you are

  • 2-5 years experience in influencer relations or outreach at an ecommerce company 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good understanding of the influencer space and its role in marketing and ecommerce trends
  • Solid knowledge of trending accounts and social media know trends 
  • Have active relationships and work experience with bloggers and influencers and might be an influencer themselves
  • Experience identifying and managing influencer/ambassador programs for large, national consumer facing brands
  • Good communication, writing, project management, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
