We’re looking for a superstar Product Marketing Manager to add to our quickly-growing team. In this role, you’ll own and execute the go-to-market strategy for one of our 3 divisions, including messaging and positioning, sales enablement, launch planning and execution, content creation strategy, partnerships enablement, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling sales tools and customer-facing content including persuasive messaging, product and solution collateral, presentations, demos, videos, blogs, training materials, competitive analysis, and web content
  • Work closely with outbound Marketing and Sales to drive generation of qualified leads, sales pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Work closely with Customer Success on customer education and retention efforts.
  • Extend Womply’s vision with provocative and disruptive marketing that showcases our unique value proposition, innovation, and thought leadership
  • Maintain expertise in target markets and champion GTM plans
  • Drive adoption through evangelism and presentation of Womply’s solutions in webinars, seminars, and industry, analyst partner, and corporate events.

You Have:

  • 4-7 years’ product marketing and/or solutions marketing experience
  • Domain experience in B2B SaaS Software.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated contribution to marketing a new solution category to success
  • Ability to understand complex concepts and technologies and translate them into easily understood business-oriented value propositions
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Effective presentation creation and public speaking skills
  • Motivated, results-oriented, multi-tasking go-getter up to the challenge of a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills: will be required to coordinate closely with multiple teams that are geographically dispersed
  • Comfortable working in a small company environment
  • Are able to balance a get-it-done attitude with a respectful approach and high integrity
