Yelp is looking for epic talent! Yelp is hiring a Learning Management System Specialist . The LMS Specialist provides management of and ongoing support for the learning management systems utilized by a heroic organization. This role will responds to inquiries from business stakeholders and Yelp associates regarding training activities; handles all registration, confirmation and reporting activities. This role will also manage training supplies, reserve training space/rooms, materials, training room resources and will also design learning content. Serves as contact for all learners with regards to usage of learning systems.

Learning Support: Champions and guides stakeholders when needed through the usage of learning management systems and the class enrollment processes. Performs program and/or individual learner set up and registration transactions into the Learning Management System. Provide technical support to learners and stakeholders who report difficulty leveraging the Learning Management Systems in accordance with established service level agreements.
Learning Management System: Create sessions in the LMS to drive learning engagement. Creates learning paths to drive the career journey of our associates. Ensure schedules are up-to-date in the learning systems and aligned with the daily changes of the business. Maintain changes to course schedule and course delivery method. Responsible for vendor relationship management.
Learning System Reporting: Create standard training reports via the learning systems on a set schedule and on request as needed. Generates and distributes weekly rosters and training completion certificates for scheduled classes/programs as needed. Communicate back to business stakeholders reporting as needed.
Communication & Learning Systems SME: Update all training information sources in a timely and accurate manner. Document and distribute informational updates on troubleshooting techniques and fixes as they relate to learning systems.
Partner, Collaborate and build strong partnerships with LMS stakeholders to improve the overall LMS user experience by setting standards and best practices.
Design and develop training materials that drives engagement and career development.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education - experience
3 - 5 years' experience in LMS management, instructional design and development, adult learning theory
