Yelp is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team to help manage and scale our Zuora environment. We develop, enhance and support Yelp’s financial applications to streamline business processes and daily operations. An ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels or organizations, including executive leadership.
Do you want to work with Finance, Engineering and Product leaders to deliver best-in-class system solutions? This role will allow you to apply your Zuora expertise to some of Yelp’s most critical Quote to Cash initiatives. You will work closely with your team to collaborate on creative solutions for technical challenges, provide input on the Zuora roadmap, and provide direct impact to our business partners. You will interact frequently with senior management and must become a trusted thought-leader to our extended business partners.

Where You Come In:
Lead projects to scale the Zuora environment to meet Yelp’s business needs including integrations between Zuora billing, Salesforce.com, Avalara Tax, Oracle ERP and Data Warehouse systems.
Architect, design, configure and deliver subscription billing and revenue solutions, including Integrating usage data from Yelp’s platform.
Create and run data migration and mass-updates using the Zuora API set based on business requests.
Design workflow using Zuora workflow tool.
Drive continuous improvement of the business process on the Zuora platform.
Build and deliver reports in Zuora and insightful data to our business users.
Provide day-to-day end user support of Zuora functions to all levels of the organization.
What it Takes to Succeed:
BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field, or equivalent experience is required.
5-7 years of experience with Zuora Billing.
Strong analytical and problem solving skill set.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Zuora CPQ and Revenue/RevPro a plus.
Ability to work with a fast-paced and agile team focused on strong execution.
Ability to collaborate in virtual/remote environments.
