Yelp’s mission is to connect people with great local businesses. Yelp’s Multi-Location team partners with National businesses to provide industry leading digital advertising solutions. 

The Director, Enterprise Client Engagement will transform client engagement into a first-class operation. Thousands of national and regional businesses rely on Yelp’s advertising solutions to drive new customers every day. You will be responsible for hosting key client meetings and events with C-level executives from Yelp’s top clients and partners. You will also lead Yelp’s Client Advisory Board program to get input and feedback on our products and policies from key segments of our client base.

This is a full-time remote role based in the United States

Where You Come In:

  • Plan and execute Executive Business Reviews with executives at top Enterprise clients
  • Own Yelp's presence at key industry conferences
  • Partner with Senior Enterprise Account Directors to deliver compelling content for C-level meetings
  • Manage Yelp’s Enterprise Client Advisory Board composed of day to day contacts at top clients and agencies
  • Create positive, relationship-building experiences and drive new business or help upsell existing business 
  • Leverage internal and 3rd-party data to provide clients with key insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple sales and support teams to gain a deep understanding of client needs and how Yelp’s business can align to support their goals

What it Takes to Succeed:

  • You have a successful track record at a blue chip company in executing events for senior executives
  • You have experience using data to deliver insights to customers or clients
  • You have superior organization skills and detail orientation needed to manage several virtual events in a calendar month
  • You have the ability to "hold the room" with C-level executives
  • You work calmly under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • You have outstanding writing and presentation skills
  • You are able to navigate uncertainty successfully for all parties and lead to desired outcomes
  • You believe in Yelp’s mission and naturally put the company and team first
  • You play well with others, you treat others with respect, bring a positive attitude to the table and value diversity in viewpoints
  • You are ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and build something big at Yelp
  • You have a BA/BS degree or similar college level education

What You’ll Get:
