As a Senior Product Manager on the Growth team, you’ll help identify and tackle a variety of different opportunities to drive overall user growth. We are responsible for expanding our user base by finding new and exciting ways for people to discover and use Yelp! Our team is composed of energetic and data-driven individuals that strive to make an impact through strong ideation and swift execution.

This opportunity is fully remote and does not require you to be located in any particular state within the US. We welcome applicants from throughout the US.

Where You Come In:

  • Propose, lead and analyze experiments to acquire and retain Yelp users.    
  • Own your product area’s destiny and create roadmaps for the team to reflect this vision. 
  • Analyze data to understand key leverage points in the core product experience that will influence long-term user retention and fuel new ideas.
  • Own key metrics for new user acquisition and existing user retention.
  • Have a massive impact on a product used and loved by millions of people around the world.

What It Takes To Succeed:

  • 5+ years of growth and product experience.
  • Solid understanding of how to grow metrics and lots of practice running experiments.
  • Great with data: you can run your own queries and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing the development process: you know how to make things happen.
  • Be authentic, play well with others, and have a strong bias to action
  • Prioritize and execute with our all-star engineering team to implement and roll out new features.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and align with many stakeholders across different parts of the organization.
  • Strive for product excellence, but love to release and iterate.

What You'll Get

  • This opportunity has the option to be fully remote in all locations across the US.
  • Compensation range is $96,000-230,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
