The Solutions Engineering team executes various development projects, technical problem solving and consultative duties for internal departments and clients. The main focus of the Technical Solutions team is to meet the requirements of our clients and execute their requests with the Yieldify platform. This allows us to work with some of the largest brands and advertisers in the world, solving some interesting technical and business problems.
Our Solutions Engineers supplement our internal teams in driving new innovation. Whether it’s optimising existing setups through rapid iterations and providing a holistic and in depth view of the product or creating alpha/beta versions of a new product idea. This combination allows Yieldify to offer a unique portfolio of products through the Technical Solutions team that will ultimately be a key driver for business change.

In this role you will:
Help design supportable, scalable technology solutions (with TypeScript) based on your evaluation of technical requirements supplied by our clients.
Driving innovation by developing bespoke new campaign formats with React.js.
Providing in depth knowledge and guidance of the Yieldify platform to inform technical decision making and project planning.
Bug spotting, bug fixing and effectively coordinating between Engineering and commercial teams.
Diving into the technical setup of a campaign that is not functioning correctly. Providing a scalable fix where necessary.
Support local and external teams in their day to day technical troubleshooting and requests. This could be via email, client calls or in person.
Interact with a variety of stakeholders such as; Project Managers, Account Managers, Clients, Product and Engineering.
Contribute to improving internal tools and business processes, improving productivity and building infrastructure for on-boarding and ongoing support.
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor degree of 2:1 or higher (technical speciality preferable) or another form of programming training.
Must be organised, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful and capable of envisioning innovative solutions in a complex environment.
Ability to convey technical concepts in a digestible manner.
Knowledge of TypeScript, NodeJS, React.js, Regex, Browser Dev Tools, Web APIs and JS Frameworks.
1-2 years of commercial experience would be ideal but not necessary.
