We are looking for an analytically minded, ambitious professional to run our Sales Operations. You will have the unique opportunity to guide and implement sales strategy at a high growth, analytically-driven start-up.
This individual contributor role will make a significant impact by creating and implementing sales operation processes and procedures, leveraging your knowledge and experience with industry best practices. Your key responsibilities will include managing sales processes, systems and enablement that facilitate an effective sales operations function.

What you'll do

  • Ensuring efficiency in Salesforce (data audits and system maintenance) and participating in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user acceptance testing for reporting
  • Working cross-functionally to conceive, design and implement process optimization (ex: inbound and outbound sales prospecting efficiency) 
  • Run sales enablement - take content from marketing and sales leadership and drive learning, uptake and certification with the sales team
  • Design and develop dashboards and metrics on key drivers of the sales engine to track the performance, identify areas for change/adjustment
  • Develop key metrics to be communicated across the sales organization and to leadership that provide insights into sales performance, operational efficiency and compliance
  • In charge of business analytics for global sale organization, provide analysis and insights for executive staff meetings; quarterly business reviews; board of directors’ meetings; all hands meetings etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of work experience in sales operations, strategy/management consulting and/or operations role
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management 
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance/results-focused environments
  • Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, implement recommendations, and track success
  • Aptitude for framing business questions with data and translating business needs into processes, analyses, reports, and datasets
  • Expert in Excel/GSheets and SFDC
  • Experience driving projects from start to finish and leading cross-functional teams; results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
