As Change Management Lead you will interface with engineers from various disciplines to lead the definition and maintenance of the Vehicle Bill of Materials. You will work with stakeholders to manage the processing of Vehicle Change Orders and correct configuration of vehicles according to the change definition.


  • Work with Product Engineering to accurately define, validate, and maintain the Vehicle Bill of Materials
  • Drive engineers to complete and validate part attribute data and supporting documents within the PLM System
  • Coordinate with engineers in the correct creation and processing of Product Changes in the Vehicle BoM
  • Advise and assist stakeholders on the Change Process and assist in correct completion of changes
  • Track and report Change Order status to ensure changes are implemented efficiently and on time
  • Work with production planners to validate and correct product configurations during product launch and build
  • Drive improvement of robust BoM and Change Management processes


  • 8+ years’ experience working with BoMs and formal change management processes
  • In-depth understanding of product BoM structure.
  • Understanding of Product Change Management and impact analysis in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with PLM and Database Applications and data structures
  • Ability to use complex logic functions, lookup tables, and pivot tables to create reports and validate data
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office
