If this sounds like you then you may be a good fit for the role of IT Support Specialist in Zuora's San Mateo Office. This role will join a team responsible for all end user support for Zuora's 1000+ employees around the world. You will work with IT Infrastructure and support personnel in multiple locations. You will assist with the implementation, management and role out of IT systems and will be responsible for on-boarding activities ensuring that Zuora's rapidly growing workforce has the tools they need when they start no matter where they are. 

Must have skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in related role 
  • Expert knowledge of Mac OSX and Windows 7 Operating systems in a Corporate environment
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Knowledge of DNS and DHCP 
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 
  • Service oriented personality focused on making the customer successful
  • Experience with Mac and PC imaging solutions such as Casper, Deploy Studio, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit or similar
  • Experience working at a fast-paced technology company 
  • Ability to take initiative in solving problems and improving the end user
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Experience administering and using Google Apps
  • Experience maintaining computer and peripheral inventory
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, SalesForce or similar.
