Marketing Operations Intern
This role will report to the Senior Manager Marketing Operations and will work across the marketing organization.  We are looking for someone who wants to learn about marketing and marketing operations through work on various projects, most heavily involving data and the associated marketing technologies.  Projects are designed to ramp up in complexity as you demonstrate your ability to execute.
·         Support the planning and implementation of projects handled by marketing ops team
·         Supporting team by performing tasks across our marketing ecosystem which includes but not limited to Wordpress, Marketo, Salesforce
·         Assist with data governance handling and cleanup
·         All other task that are required
·         Monitor and report out on daily lead flows and exceptions
·         Partner with sales and marketing to identify issues and drive process improvements
·         Audit data enrichment, quality and consistency
·         Assist lead upload process
·         Develop and maintain change management documents
·         Senior or graduate student currently enrolled in a STEM program from a 4 year university
·         Inquisitive ,curious and passionate about technology constantly asking why.
·         Desire to develop strong business acumen and technical expertise
·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
·         Creative and resourceful
·         Strong quantitative background with ability to manipulate large data set in excel or BI tools
·         Work independently when required
·         Creative problem solver and troubleshooter with focus on getting to root cause
·         Excellent organizational skills (need to be extremely detail oriented)
Desired Skills:
·         Advanced Excel skills
·         Marketo, Salesforce or DemandTools experience
Learning Outcomes:
·         Understanding of marketing operations and how marketing programs are run
·         Explore the marketing automation process and vendor management
·         How to optimize the quality of information in a database
·         Create high level marketing metrics, including funnel stages
·         Working knowledge of the MarTech stack at Zuora
·         10 week commitment, available to work 40 hours per week
