C&B and HRIS Manager
Unifying order-to-cash for a dynamic subscription world
Work with Corporate Compensation & Rewards team for China Compensation Review, identify the best strategy to support our hiring, rewarding and retention;
Partner with corporate Compensation & Rewards team and business managers for twice a year Focal Review Process and off-cycle salary adjustments/promotions;
Work with Finance team and external vendor for monthly payroll;
Benefits Administration– Evaluate our current benefits, propose for the next steps, implement the new benefits once approved and communicate with local employees;
Be responsible for HR related systems such as HCM and TimeOffManager etc., data analysis and generating reports as needed;
Ensure the operational compliance in terms of law requirements such as social insurance, housing fund, annual leave, employment type, foreign employees’ working permit/employment contract/tax etc.;
Upgrade our Employee Handbook and HR operational related polices and processes;
Lead to manage employees’ lifecycle within Zuora, ensure everything being smooth from onboarding to daily consultations to termination;
Play an important role for Employee Relationship, such as employee communications and all kinds of activities – Z-Awesome, Long Service Reward, Z-Care (marriage, new born babies, hospitalization) etc.;
Be Responsible for Operation related projects, such as post-audit corrections, Employees’ Annual Health Check, Post Glint Survey action plans etc.
Be responsible for Personal File Archive and uploading to BOX;
Be Responsible for New Hire Orientation;
As the contact from both corporate and local employees for stock related questions;
Manage HR related vendors such as FESCO, Insurance Company, ADP etc.;
Support on all kinds of government required statistic reports.
Solid Knowledge in Compensation, Benefits and Labor Law;
Logical thinking, good analytical skills and details oriented;
High sense of accountability, customer service spirit;
Mature personality, positive attitude, good team player;
Good communications in both Chinese and English;
Bachelor degree, 7+years HR working experience plus minimum 4 years in C&B.
