Interest piqued? Zuora is seeking a Customer Support Intern for our Beijing office with great problem-solving skills and a curiosity for figuring out how things work. You must be interested in learning and testing software, getting inside the head of a typical user, and communicating complex ideas to customers in plain English. 

Primary Job Responsibilities
Provide level 1 technical support for Zuora products via tickets.
Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product issues ranging from simple to complex.
Prioritize issues based on severity and customer impact.
Work closely with customer support specialists and technical teams to help solve customer issues.

Minimum Requirements
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Good written English; must have passed CET-6.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be a self-motivated learner; you will learn something new every day.

Bonus Points
Knowledge of REST APIs or SOAP APIs.
Business knowledge, such as knowledge of finance or accounting.
Ability to read and write Japanese.
