Contract Sales Recruiter
Zuora is ramping up hiring within our Sales teams. We are seeking a very strong Senior Sales Recruiter preferably with experience with a fast growing technology company in the Bay Area. If you are a Recruiter extraordinaire who has worked in a high volume, fast paced environment, we want to hear from you. In this position you will have an immediate impact on the Sales Teams and work closely with Senior Management.
· Full life cycle Recruiter with a strong focus on Sales, Sales Engineering and Sales Leadership roles
· Sourcing of top caliber Sales professionals
· Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements
· Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through our process
· Manage full life cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals
· Establish relationships within the Sales Leadership team and develop a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges, and team style; use this information to attract top candidates
· Partner with hiring managers to define and implement recruiting strategies that include assessing external talent and sourcing passive and diverse candidates.
· Attract, source and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing
· Manage a high volume of our highest priority requisitions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail & excellent, timely communication with candidates, peers and hiring managers
· You have 3-5 years of recruitment experience
· You have impeccable interviewing skills, you also have recruitment skills and know how that meets the social demand of today
· You thrive in a culture of learning and speed and a high sense of urgency
· You find solutions to complex problems and will find ways to reach the best talent for Zuora
· Experience using an ATS - Lever a huge plus, but not required
· You believe in the highest recruitment standards, including an incredible candidate experience and a strong partnership with hiring managers
· Familiarity with (and excitement about) Zuora and the Subscription Economy.
Compensation: This is a full time pay position supporting the West Coast Sales and Sales Engineering Teams
