Our Direct to Consumer (DTC) business is a global growth group within AB inBev, the world’s leading global brewer. We are an ecosystem of ventures, each one focused on delivering frictionless and exceptional access to drinks for our consumers in 21 countries (and counting!). Our teams span across owned eCommerce platforms, eRetail, owned Retail and owned On-Trade, but we are united in our goal of consumer centricity and driving fast-paced growth for AB inBev.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and results-focused Performance Marketing Manager to help scale ABI’s new on-demand beverage delivery service in Latin America. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key partner and work side-by-side with global and local marketing teams to achieve aggressive growth goals. The ideal candidate is keen to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and is excited to play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth for this new venture.

Here are some of the things you could be doing:

  • Develop a cohesive and results-oriented performance marketing strategy across all digital channels (including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, Display/Retargeting, Mobile)

  • Manage and efficiently scale awareness and customer acquisition campaigns, adjusting strategy/execution depending on the needs of each local market

  • Own spend allocation and campaign performance, monitoring and optimizing channel KPIs (CTRs, CVR, CAC, ROAS etc.) based on data-driven insights

  • Drive standardized reporting across markets and partner closely with Product and Data team to work through automation, tagging, and data integrity issues

  • Manage a testing roadmap to optimize performance including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, etc. to maximize performance

  • Partner with local marketing and brand teams to identify additional growth opportunities through the market’s local beer brands and existing marketing infrastructure

  • Proactively identify new channels and tactics for the overall venture’s growth strategy and stay on top of changes in the industry/performance marketing space as well as new optimization and creative trends

Sound interesting to you? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on direct-to-consumer/e-

    commerce/marketplace business, ideally in a start-up

  • English fluency required. Proficiency in Spanish highly desired

  • Experience owning end-to-end strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting, with a track record of achieving performance goals by leveraging performance marketing tactics

  • Strong understanding of all major performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, app install campaigns, as well as of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360 etc.)

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to analyze data, identify problems and trends, and develop strategies that aim to tackle complex business problems

  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities at once

  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for Marketing--you enjoy learning about the industry, platforms and changes as they happen
